Terrible user experience. I've been trying to open an account for two weeks, and the app keeps rejecting it. I asked for human assistance, but I only get robotic responses. They tell me they've sent me messages inside the app, even though I've already told them three times that I can't access the app because my verification keeps getting rejected. Yet they keep replying, 'Please check inside the app, we've responded there.' It makes no sense. What they're doing is a complete joke and feels like they're making a fool of me.
