Marwan Kardoosh

Marwan A. Kardoosh is an economist and content writer at Arincen, with over 25 years of experience in economic research and financial journalism across the MENA region. He holds a BSc in Economics & Business Finance (Honors) from Brunel University London.

Marwan has worked as a consultant economist for the IMF's Independent Evaluation Office, served as the OECD's country coordinator for its trade in services project in Jordan, and contributed to work for the World Bank and several UN agencies. His research on Qualifying Industrial Zones won the Economic Research Forum's prize for Best Policy-Oriented Research.

From 2007 to 2015 he was Editor-in-Chief of Jordan Business magazine, and he has written for the Jordan Times, the Daily Star, and Haaretz English. At Arincen, he writes research-driven content on forex, capital markets, and the economy.
